JIS Group Ltd was founded in 2016 after 11 years experience from 2005 by the group founders in the telecommunications and electronics industry. Group founders operate the Retail outlets and e-store of DIRECT VISION specializing in retail of Smartphones and Tablets.

JIS Group Ltd was founded to specialise in the wholesale industry in Malta and worldwide trading in the electronics sector. JIS Group was appointed also as the exclusive authorised agent of the ALIGATOR & BLU phones brand in Malta.

In 2017, JIS Group Ltd expanded and diversified into the fashion industry. The first MAISON MARASIL store was opened in Hompesch Road Fgura, Malta. This international franchise brand specializes in the best quality clothes for children from newborn till 16 years in the latest fashion. More MAISON MARASIL stores will open soon around Malta.

In 2018, JIS Group Ltd was appointed also the exclusive authorised agent in Malta for the STEPHEN JOSEPH Gifts Brand.

Also , in 2018 , JIS Group Ltd brought to Malta the fast fashion brand PINK WOMAN.
